Cancellation Policy
Payments are entirely non-refundable under any circumstances. However, it is ok to move your shoot date when necessary. If you are unable to attend your photo shoot, we will be happy to move the date without charge as long as 7 days’ notice is given. Cancellation with less than 7 days’ notice may incur a moving fee of £49 (£99 for Diamond & custom packages) to secure your new date.
